Glad to be submitting this proposal for alterations to a classic Bondi semi — one that’s close to home, literally just over the road from our office.

The new second-storey addition is a contemporary reinterpretation of the batten-and-board gabled roofs characteristic of North Bondi.

Designed as a light-filled 3–4 bedroom family home, the plan focuses on effortless indoor–outdoor living with strong connections to the rear yard, BBQ entertaining and pool. Can’t wait to share more images of this next year!
