The new second-storey addition is a contemporary reinterpretation of the batten-and-board gabled roofs characteristic of North Bondi.

Designed as a light-filled 3–4 bedroom family home, the plan focuses on effortless indoor–outdoor living with strong connections to the rear yard, BBQ entertaining and pool.
